These terms apply when you use the Planzy app. The app is published by Artem Ptashnik (“we”). By using Planzy you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Questions: help@planzy.ai.

Not medical advice

Planzy gives training suggestions, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you start or change training, especially if you have a health condition or an injury, or are pregnant. Stop and get help if you feel pain, chest discomfort, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk and decide for yourself what is safe for you.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Planzy. Give accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and don’t share it with others. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Subscription and free trial

New users get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, at the price shown in the App Store, until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.

Connected services

When you connect Apple Health, Garmin, Strava or another service, its own terms apply too. We are not responsible for whether these services are available or for the accuracy of the data they send.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Planzy. Don’t break the law with it, try to access other people’s data, overload or attack our systems, copy or resell the app, or reverse-engineer it.

Your data and our content

Your workouts and other data stay yours. You let us process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app, its design and its training methods belong to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial training.

Changes and termination

We may change, add or remove features. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Planzy and delete your account at any time in the app’s settings.

Liability

Planzy is provided “as is”, and we don’t promise it will be error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injuries resulting from training, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Planzy after that, you accept the new terms.
